Growing up in NW Pennsylvania I cut my teeth as a little kid fishing worms for stocked trout on opening day with my Grandpa, or riding my bike to catch bass in ponds and creeks. I would spend whole days out in my pursuits and these endless hours built a deep passion for spending time outdoors at any chance.

I was introduced to Fly Fishing in my late teens and all these years later I’ve created a life in the Sullivan County Catskills of NY where Fly Fishing in America took root. My personal obsession with technical dry fly fishing to selective trout, and a lot of bench time tying custom fly patterns in my vice, has only led to further this lifelong love affair with nature. A passion for clean, rich, moving water and hungry wild trout lit a flame that can’t be quenched. When not guiding, fishing by myself, or with friends either locally or out in the PNW for Steelhead, you can find me in my home workshop making Custom Furniture through the Winter months. I hand craft modern heirloom pieces with Metals and Hardwoods for Clients in NY and across the Country.
